was established in 2005 with a registered capital of 5 million baht. The company operates services that relate to information Communication technology. These services include design, installation, and after-sale services, which cater to a sundry of customer needs to which most are related to networking infrastructure, cyber security systems, and data centers. These solutions are implemented by members of our service team who have expertise specifically related to Information Communication Technology (ICT).
Most of our customers tend to be organizations in the fields of education and government, with others also in the private sector. In most situations, we develop large on-campus networks, cyber security systems, and next generation data centers. To meet customer needs, we collaborate with business partners such as Altel, Lucent Enterprise, Cisco Systems, Huawei, Fortinet, Palo Alto Network, Check Point, Trend Micro, Nutanix, and VMware. All are Top3 global leaders in ICT manufacturing.
To ensure confidence in our professional services and in our solutions, which span all sectors of this industry, we verify, prior to purchase, that any solutions we propose meet primary requirements to maintain reliability not merely for the present, but for the forseeable future. Proof of the feasibility of the concept and proof of the testing processes will be provided by our professional teams prior to any installation. Since the Covid-19 pandemic with its myriad effects on industries around the world, including Thailand, Thai government agencies, educational institutions, and private agencies have lowered their investment budgets in ICT systems, and this has been problematic in stunting any growth aspirations for First One Systems Co., Ltd. It has also created disruptions to the normal means of gaining shipments. Some electronic components have not been available from various suppliers, causing the company, at times, to not be able to perform installations on schedule.
There have also been difficulties in accessing the physical localities of customer's businesses and so we have had to overcome these obstacles by transforming our installations and services to online services exclusively. We have also turned the crisis into an opportunity by improving our customer service teams so that they might fully conform to international standards, both in ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management System and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 Privacy Information Management System.
We are pleased that during these seventeen years of experience in ICT, and through diffiulties like the pandemic, the company has managed to achieve sustainable growth.
